Terms
By installing the Sailchart iOS or Android app or accessing the Sailchart website at sailchart.org or sailchart.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the app or website. The materials contained in the app and website are protected by copyright.

Use By Minors
Where use of location tracking services by minors is prohibited by local law(s) you agree to not use Sailchart. Where use of location tracking services by minors requires prior parental consent, you agree to obtain parental consent prior to using Sailchart. In granting access to Sailchart to an account, as a club administrator you agree to ensure that necessary permissions and consents are obtained prior to granting access to minors.
Disclaimer
Limitations
In no event shall Sailchart or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sailchart's app or website, even if Sailchart or a Sailchart authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Modifications
Sailchart may revise these terms of service for its app and/or website at any time without notice. By using the app or website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.

You can control who can view your information with the privacy settings defined in the Sailchart Dashboard. The privacy settings do not apply to the Sailchart system administrator who can view all information and to Club Administrators who can view your name, email address, boat details and race tracking data.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our supporters and customers. However, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
How you can access and update your information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. If you change email address, or any of the other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please update it using the Sailchart Dashboard or email us at admin -at- sailchart.org
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
You can delete your account including all information held about you from the Sailchart Dashboard Account option by pressing the Delete button. If you are unable to do this, send a request to admin -at- sailchart.org from your registered email address.
Security precautions
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely.
Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
